Ray and I are pretty proud of ourselves. The consistency was right on the money! Our nutella gelato was smooth and velvety, and not too shabby for a first! We used a Chocolate-Hazelnut Gelato recipe by Giada De Laurentiis, with some of our own modifications in terms of the sugar.

We’re already thinking up modifications for a new chocolate hazelnut gelato recipe. Not sure when attempt número dos will take place, but we’ve been itching to do a peach ice cream before summer ends! Thanks for all the crossed fingers and love!
